How do I report a violation?
The purpose of the reporting procedures at Wycliffe is to make it easy to report irresponsible, unethical, or illegal situations at the workplace, and to ensure these are uncovered and resolved. A report should contain specific and clear information about the concerning issue:
- What happened? Is it a violation of the law or the company’s written ethical guidelines?
- Who is involved?
- Where did it happen? Where was it discovered?
- When did it happen?
- Has it happened multiple times?
- Were there any witnesses?
As a general rule, all matters should be addressed with the Director of Wycliffe Norway or the safety representative on: director@wycliffe.no, or info@wycliffe.no. It is also possible to report externally to Wycliffe’s Board Chair on varsling@wycliffe.no. You can also use the link below.
